What is the turn around time for orders?

Can I supply my own items?

Most orders are completed and ready for delivery with 14 days after the approval of your art. Turn around times may vary for custom or unusual items.

Yes. However, quite often we can save you money by purchasing the product for you because of volume discounts with our vendors.

What materials can be embroidered ?

What are the payment terms?

Almost any material that can be put into an embroidery hoop can be embroidered. These include most fabrics and other soft materials.

We require 50% deposit at time of the order and balance is due at completion of your project.

What is the cheapest method?

What if I don't have a logo or design?

Screen printing is typically less expensive on larger runs. On smaller runs, embroidery and heat pressing are generally less expensive.

We can help you develop a company logo or design for your project. We will provide proofs along the process and will not proceed with any order until you are satisfied with your design.
